Our company produces the melt pump all gear and cooperate with the surface after fine grinding, and strictly control the assembling clearance to obtain the accurate flow. Gears and the pump body according to the different working condition of ZB - B series with nickel chromium alloy steel, tool steel in high temperature materials; ZB - H series adopts imported CPM tool steel or titanium tantalum alloy materials, the overall quenching, HRC62-68 hardness, good wear resistance.
1. ZB - B series: working temperature: 400 ℃ or less (750 ℉), cleaning temperature: 450 ℃ or less (850 ℉), outlet pressure of 40 mpa (6000 psi) or less viscosity: acuities were 4000 pa. S cp (4000000)
2. The ZB - H series: working temperature: 510 ℃ (950 ℉) cleaning temperature: 590 ℃ or less (1100 ℉), outlet pressure 70 MPa (10000 psi) or less maximum differential pressure: 50 MPa (7000 psi) viscosity: acuities were 2000 pa. S cp (2000000)
3. The seal generally adopt spiral sealing and packing seal, also can according to customer's require the use of other forms of mechanical seal.
