In the low viscosity material conveying scenario of general chemical processes, its value goes far beyond simple material transfer. Faced with esterification compounds, oligomers, prepolymers, various solutions, adhesives, chemical intermediates, and even some corrosive liquids, it can accurately deliver materials to the next process under stable temperature, pressure, and flow parameters. Especially in continuous production systems, even small flow fluctuations can interfere with the final state of back-end reactions, mixing, devolatilization, granulation, or forming. The temperature, pressure, viscosity, and even vacuum conditions at different locations are dynamically changing. It is often used for discharge pressurization, stable feeding before spinning, and stable transportation of back-end processes. The stability requirements for incoming materials are much higher than the basic requirements of "material supply". Only when the inlet flow rate and pressure remain stable can the consistency and qualification rate of the final product be guaranteed.
